Because we offer no strong handed approach to the grading of our items, we do try to point out any potential flaws a photograph or book may have so that there will be no surprises at your expense. We have decided to avoid using a grading system on our website because we find that condition, although sometimes an institution unto itself still carries a large amount of subjective analysis. We do however try to offer some guidelines as to the product?’s physical integrity. We take into consideration, foxing, contrast, and general wear into our minds when writing descriptions. We feel that this system will provide enough integrity. If however, you receive your items and are unsatisfied, you will be given one week to email us and we can discuss the issue further. You are entitled to a refund on the price of an item should you find the product to be less than described.

We are very firm on the time limits that we ask for expedient returns. Since there may be more than one potential customer at any given time for one photograph, it is important that in the case of a refund, the item is shipped back to us within two weeks of its arrival to you. If the return does not materialize to us within the allotted time of TWO WEEKS, we will cancel the refund. This is just a rule set in place so that the transaction is done swiftly and with minimal room for error or lost sales.

We offer various offers for shipping. Most of our material goes out via Royal mail here in London. We ship all of our materials in reinforced packing material. We shipped cased images in boxes with lots of bubble wrap. We will also try to accommodate any other forms of shipping you may require. We will charge a flat rate of £5.00 for any photograph shipped with insurance. If the photograph is of a large nature, the shipping will be more and we will contact you immediately to make you aware.
